Martha Brody

Martha Brody, violinist and violist, is a free-lance artist who has played, toured and recorded with groups such as Concordia, Eos Orchestra, the Orchestra of St. Luke’s, the Stamford Symphony, and the American Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Brody divides her time between New York City and Binghamton, NY. In Binghamton she has the honor of leading the viola section of the Binghamton Philharmonic as well as playing with novo4tet, the Phiharmonic’s resident string quartet. Ms. Brody holds a Bachelors degree in music performance from Catholic University, and Master’s and Doctoral degrees from the Manhattan School of Music where she studied with Raphael Bronstein. In her long-ago youth, she also attended the Wolftrap, Waterloo, and Tanglewood music festivals as a fellowship student.
